Safe Trading Guide
Checks before trading
onlytems brokers trade information, while the actual item and payment are exchanged between the parties inside the game. So the most important thing before trading is to personally verify that the listing information matches the actual item.
Recheck the item, options, quantity, and price on the order detail page, and proceed only after clearly agreeing on the trade method and place with the other party. If an unagreed extra demand appears mid-trade, it is safer to stop the trade.
When you suspect a scam
Conditions far too favorable compared to market price, requests to move the trade to an external channel, and demands for upfront payment can be signs of a scam. If something feels off, stop the trade, and block the problematic user or contact the operator.
Cross-check the other party’s nickname and BattleTag against the trade history to confirm it is the same person, and after the trade leave a review so it becomes useful information for other users.
