Report Infringement

This page is the official channel for accepting reports when content posted on onlytems (domain: onlytems.com) is believed to infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights.

onlytems is an unofficial site for Diablo® IV and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment®. Rights issues regarding in-game item images / data, or infringement of user-generated content (seller notes, uploaded images, etc.), may be reported through this page.

Please include the following information in your report email: (1) identity of the rights holder or authorized agent, (2) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark allegedly infringed, (3) URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing content on onlytems, and (4) a statement that the report is truthful and that you are the rights holder. Prefixing the subject with [DMCA] helps us respond faster.

The operator reviews each report within an average of 3–7 business days, takes necessary measures such as hiding or deleting content when warranted, and notifies the reporter of the outcome. Some reports may take longer due to requests for additional materials or rights-holder verification.
