What is onlytems
onlytems is a trade information platform for trading in-game items, materials, runes, gems, and charms from Diablo IV. The operator provides the venue and information, while the actual item handover and payment happen between the trading parties inside the game.
You start by authenticating with a Battle.net account. Once verified, you can use features such as listing items, sending offers (bids), and reviewing trade history. The item info page can be viewed without logging in.
How to list an item
Listing starts by choosing a trade type (equipment, material, rune, gem, charm, or seal). Selecting a type opens the matching input form where you enter the item itself, its options, quantity, price, and bidding policy.
For items with many options, such as equipment, you can upload a game screenshot and have the image analysis feature recognize the options automatically. We recommend reviewing and correcting the auto-recognized result before listing.
Searching and making offers
On the search page you can narrow listings by trade type, grade, option conditions, and quantity range. When you find a listing you want, you can check its price and options on the order detail page and send an offer.
Offers you have sent or received can be checked in trade history and notifications. Once a trade is agreed, you exchange the item and payment in the game in the agreed manner.
